As you develop advanced skills and meditations to hold more energy we will be there to guide you. We are here to give much information for the Earth. Many lifetimes have been spent fighting and quarreling over land and waterways, food and shelter. We who have done this before you wish to tell you everyone is sufficiently provided for if you get out of the mind of thinking you must do something about it to make it happen.  The Earth produces and transmutes as such you do the same. As such, grow past the limitations of fear and doubt and come up with new ideas to strengthen your bodies and minds. And end the pollution of the Earth.

Become environmental warriors for the good of humanity. Find like minded people who hold this close to their hearts , edify their efforts and grow as a people in community and service. We are the only ones who can change Earth. We are the ones we have been waiting for, begin somewhere, even your own back yard.

You were provided with the five elements and one special element which we will get into later. The five elements are here for you to transmute and transform your earth into a pristine and livable place. If all would concentrate on the element fire. What in your eyes does it do? Fire is a purifier of energy, it is also the destroyer so the mastery of this flame is vital.

To control the fire element one must become one with the flame. Meaning, in your meditations look at a flame from a candle or the fire place. Focus on releasing what is on your mind and give it to the flame.  This is the place where you can let go of things that are on your mind that are disturbing your soul. If we look at it long enough it will clear from our minds clutter and thoughts. The mind must be free of any thoughts that are destructive in order to focus the energy on the good inside of each of you. Be at peace.

As we now look into the Earth element each of us is like a magnet to mother earth. This is what holds us here. She is under our feet so to speak. Lie down in a comfortable place on the earth with no disturbances and get in touch with the energy of the Earth around you. Breathe in the freshness of the smells around you and take in the essence. If you focus long enough you start to vibrate with the Earth energy. This is the place you want to be, then you can hear what the Earth’s needs, then give her back the energy she has given to you. Go in peace.

These are just a few things you can do with the elements. We are encouraging each one of you to take a look inside yourself and see which element is  out of balance. Get in touch with it a person who is skilled at balancing your chakras. And ask them to explain in detail the symptoms of an element being out of balance.

This has been just a short discussion today on the beauty and wonder of the elements. Learning to work with them is the key to living a balanced and happy life. Go in peace and know you are loved deeply and cared for by the realms of light.

    Love the emphasis on the 5 elements. Seems that each of us probably aligns more perhaps with 1 or 2 or even 3 elements. Meditating on an element is a great idea.
    Thank you for the gentle way of expression.
